A production process capable of combining artisanal flexibility and industrial production
Two production lines to satisfy every order requirement
Fuligna & Sensoli production activity is divided into two different production lines, Lotto One and Lotto XL, to ensure maximum flexibility and efficiency. This specialization allows the production capacity typical of an industrialized production company to coexist within the company with the flexibility and inventiveness typical of an artisan reality. Each production line is equipped with machinery for sizing, edging and drilling, but they differ on the basis of the type of order.
Lotto One: orders of small quantities, with a need for customization
A more flexible production line, dedicated to personalized and customized orders, smaller quantities with a high possibility of diversifying the processes, but without the possibility of a warehouse; for these types of orders, the setup of the machinery is fast, while the processing is slower. Production line is also equipped with laser edging, in addition to edging with polyurethane glue.
Lotto XL, for the management of large order quantities
Production line dedicated to large volume and standardized orders; in this case the machine setting is slower than the production time. Production line characterized exclusively by edging with polyurethane glue; drilling with insertion machine for inserts for shelf supports of various kinds. This subdivision allows the company to meet the different needs of the channels served and maintain its price competitiveness: from a production based on volumes, within the XL Lot, aimed mainly at large kitchens and furniture makers, to a more customized, thanks to Lotto ONE, aimed at smaller and medium-sized furniture makers, up to the production of KIT furniture – mainly for the kitchen sector in the general contractor channel – able to meet the new market needs.
